The new Xbox 360 console design is slim, the fan sound is quiet like a whisper, has built in Wi-fi, and best of all it features a 250GB Harddrive for all your videos, audio and games. To begin with the console looks impressive, it is around 20% smaller than the existing model, it features a black piano colour finish. The actual push buttons to turn on the gaming console have been replaced with a touch sensitive sensor. One of the benefits of the package is that it now features built-in Wifi which means you don’t have to purchase a WiFi adapter which usually costs about $100.

Microsoft also added a new 250GB internal hard drive. The hard drive will be removable, but it’s not compatible with your current Xbox 360, so if you planed on getting it you would need to get the Xbox 360 console USB drive in order to transfer all of your stuff on the new system. The gaming system has specific connection port for the new Kinect sensor, that’s launching on November 2010.

All the inner components have been completely redesigned and reduced in size, the processor chip have been made smaller by about 30% and have been merged into one CPU chip, so that means lower energy consumption along with a much more cool running system.
